Shopper Marketing Specialist

About the role

Join Kraft Heinz as a Shopper Marketing Specialist in a hybrid work arrangement, supporting the Australian Sales team. You will translate brand campaigns into omnichannel shopper activations and drive in‑store execution.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Shopper Marketing Manager by converting brand campaigns into omnichannel activations.
• Develop and execute BTL in‑store activation plans across Australia.
• Partner with Sales, Brand, Category, Customer, Field and eCommerce teams to align activation priorities.
• Coordinate omnichannel retail media activation elements and manage post‑campaign learnings.
• Lead agency and vendor execution, ensuring on‑brand, on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Manage activation budgets, invoices and cost controls.
• Track program performance, synthesize results and recommend optimisations.
• Plan and coordinate customer events such as NPD presentations, tradeshows and launches.

Required profile

• Tertiary degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or related field.
• 3–6 years experience in shopper, activation or trade marketing within FMCG/CPG.
• Strong project management and cross‑functional stakeholder management.
• Experience with ANZ retail activation tools and processes.
