Brand Manager – Marketing Leadership

About the role

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Brand Manager on a 6‑month contract to lead new product development and marketing initiatives across Australia and New Zealand. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with three days in the office and two days remote.

Key responsibilities

• Lead brand NPDs from idea generation through business planning, P&L management, go‑to‑market execution and post‑launch audits.
• Collaborate with Senior Brand Manager and Category Development on one‑ and three‑year strategy plans.
• Manage packaging renovation projects from briefing to validation and changeover.
• Develop and execute above‑the‑line and below‑the‑line activities, including media campaigns, POS, and consumer promotions.
• Work with agencies to create breakthrough campaign creatives for the ANZ market.
• Monitor brand performance, generate consumer insights using research tools, and support budgeting and forecasting.

Required profile

• Strong project‑management experience in NPD, packaging renovation and advertising.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making (experience with IRI or Nielsen preferred).
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
• Problem‑solver who can think creatively and recover quickly from setbacks.
