About the role
DOF is seeking experienced Shift/Bridge Supervisors to lead subsea intervention projects on both onshore and offshore vessels. The role involves acting as a role model, promoting company values, and maintaining operational communication with managers, crew, and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee shift operations for subsea intervention projects on vessels.
- Coordinate with Offshore & Diving Manager, ROV Supervisor, marine crew, client representatives, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and offshore construction & maintenance procedures.
Required profile
- 5‑10 years of subsea operational experience.
- Relevant qualification as Diving, ROV or Rigging Supervisor, or engineering/technical/trade background.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and IT literacy.
