Residential Site Supervisor

About the role

Join a well‑established residential builder in Perth’s northern suburbs as a Site Supervisor / Site Manager. You will own the day‑to‑day delivery of a single‑site residential construction project, ensuring homes are built safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee residential construction projects from start to finish.
• Manage one northern suburbs site with up to 26 structural steel, single‑storey homes per stage.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site activities.
• Maintain schedules and ensure an efficient workflow.
• Deliver homes safely, on time and to a high quality standard.
• Uphold strong communication, quality and safety standards.
