ServiceNow Manager - Technology Consulting

About the role

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Manager to join its technology consulting team in Melbourne. The role delivers innovative ServiceNow solutions by working with clients to understand their business needs, then configuring and enhancing the ServiceNow platform. The position is based in Melbourne and may be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern ServiceNow solutions aligned to business, architecture and platform standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver strategic and operational ServiceNow outcomes.
• Lead discovery workshops, design reviews and solution roadmap development.
• Own end-to-end architecture across applications, data, integrations, security and platform capabilities.
• Provide architectural leadership and governance to onshore and offshore delivery teams.
• Review solution designs, customisations and integrations, and oversee testing, implementation quality, compliance and technical risk.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, executive communication and program decisions, and support business growth through presales, proposals and delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, including large-scale, enterprise-wide implementations and transformation programs.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or equivalent, accountable for end-to-end solution delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience managing distributed delivery teams (onshore, offshore and global).
• Experience responding to RFPs, writing solution proposals, estimating delivery effort and supporting business development.

Required skills

• ServiceNow architecture, implementation, configuration, development, customisation, integration and platform governance.
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, IRM/GRC, SecOps, HRSD, CSM, AI and automation capabilities.
• Understanding of ITIL principles and IT service management best practices.
• Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
• Highly desirable: expertise in AI, agentic AI, generative AI, Automation Engine, AI Platform, Process Mining, RPA and workflow automation.
