Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management Lead

About the role

Capgemini is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Lead to lead the design and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM solutions. You will work with business stakeholders and project teams to implement supply chain solutions that improve business processes and support transformation programs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects.
• Run workshops to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
• Provide expertise across procurement, inventory, order management, planning, logistics and manufacturing.
• Work with Finance, HCM, Data, Integration, Reporting and Change teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Lead testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Manage stakeholders, risks and project outcomes.
• Mentor consultants and support business development activities.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain consulting.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
• Experience leading at least two full Oracle Fusion implementations.
• Ability to lead workshops, solution design, testing, deployment and business readiness activities.
• Experience managing stakeholders and leading consulting teams.
• Relevant degree qualification.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Oracle SCM modules: Procurement, Supplier Management, Inventory Management, Cost Management, Order Management and Supply Planning.
• Experience across key processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Inventory Management and Supply Planning.
• Oracle SCM Cloud certification (desirable).
