Operations Manager - ICT Field Services

About the role

A well-established national provider of technology field services, supporting organisations across Australia with on-the-ground technical operations, is investing in its Queensland business and is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the branch.

Key responsibilities

• Take full accountability for the day-to-day running of the branch
• Manage a team of Coordinators, Team Leaders and Field Technicians, plus a network of Service Partners
• Own SLA performance and client satisfaction across the branch's service contracts
• Manage branch financials (utilisation, margin, WIP) and report to the National Operations Manager
• Build client relationships and identify opportunities to grow the account
• Maintain WHS and compliance standards across the branch

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in a similar service delivery business
• Strong technical background in ICT service environments
• Proven ability to manage and report on P&L, utilisation and operational performance
• Experience managing a multi-disciplinary field team (technicians, coordinators, team leaders)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Driver's licence (mandatory)
