Service Supervisor

About the role

CEA is seeking an experienced Service Supervisor to lead its workshop and field service technicians at the Perth Airport location. Reporting to the Group Service Manager, you will ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality service delivery for heavy‑equipment customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support a team of workshop and field service technicians.
• Allocate and coordinate work to maximise productivity and customer outcomes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians.
• Manage customer communications regarding repairs, maintenance and machine downtime.
• Monitor job progress, labour efficiency and service performance.
• Coordinate warranty repairs and service administration processes.
• Work closely with the Parts team to ensure timely availability of components.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across the branch.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Service Supervisor, Leading Hand or Service Management role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge, ideally within construction, agricultural, mining, transport or heavy equipment industries.
• Trade qualification in a mechanical field.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
