Service Desk Technician

About the role

ComfortDelGro Australia is seeking a motivated Level 1 Service Desk Technician to join its ICT support team in St Marys. You will be the first point of contact for employees and stakeholders, handling incidents and service requests via phone, email and in‑person.

Key responsibilities

• Log, investigate, monitor and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot issues across Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, hardware, servers and basic networking.
• Provide clear updates and guidance to users, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate resolver group.
• Contribute to service desk procedures, knowledge articles and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in a service desk or technical customer support role within a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, clear communication and a commitment to positive customer experience.
• Collaborative, proactive and calm approach with a desire to grow technical capability.
