Service Desk Analyst - Gold Coast

About the role

efex, a managed technology provider with over 20 locations across Australia, is hiring a Service Desk Analyst for its onPlatinum team on the Gold Coast. This full-time role supports a diverse range of clients, works with modern technologies and sits in a supportive, customer-focused MSP environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality IT support and exceptional customer service
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues across a range of technologies
• Manage service requests and incidents through Salesforce
• Maintain accurate ticket notes, timesheets and documentation
• Apply security best practices across implementations
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver seamless service

Required profile

• Previous MSP or internal IT experience
• Strong customer service and client-facing skills
• A desire to keep learning and stay current with new technologies
• Friendly, positive approach to client service and excellent communication skills
• Ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment

• Workstation troubleshooting
• Active Directory and Microsoft 365 support
• Backup and recovery processes
• Remote monitoring and management tools
• Servers, switches, routers, firewalls and storage
• Azure and VoIP solutions
