Service Customer Care Representative

About the role

The Service Customer Care Representative ensures high customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate support for aftermarket services and invoicing. This role acts as the first point of contact for customers and service technicians, coordinating service requests and monitoring compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, enter, and dispatch service and maintenance requests to field‑based Service Technicians based on location, skill and schedule.
• Process repair details, work orders, parts, labour and payroll hours in Crown’s systems and maintain maintenance agreements.
• Coordinate preventive‑maintenance and follow‑up work for field technicians and workshop repairs.
• Maintain GPS data and technician landmarks to track travel, clocking, breaks, overtime and labour hours.
• Collaborate with Rentals, Sales and Parts departments to align work requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in service administration or customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and invoicing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to quality service.
