Service Coordinator – HVAC Operations Hub

About the role

Mechanical Constructions Air Services (MCAS) is looking for a detail‑oriented Service Coordinator to join its Wangara office. This full‑time position will act as the central hub for scheduling, client communication, and documentation across the company’s HVAC, construction, and air‑services divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service appointments for HVAC operations.
• Manage client inquiries and service requests via phone and email.
• Prepare and maintain service documentation, including reports, quotations, and asset records.
• Liaise between clients, field technicians, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Track service progress, update schedules, and ensure timely completion of work.
• Maintain accurate databases of client information and service history.
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record management.
• Assist with resource and equipment allocation, bookings, and general office duties.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an administrative support or coordination role, preferably in a service‑based industry.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities with a capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with clients and staff.
• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on prompt issue resolution.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
