About the role

Join Sodexo’s hospitality team in Karratha and help improve the quality of life for village residents working away from home. This entry‑level, casual position offers a variety of service‑attendant duties across accommodation, dining, and site facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Housekeeping and cleaning of accommodation rooms (dongas).
• Assist in kitchen and dining areas, including food handling and preparation.
• Clean mine‑site offices, crib rooms, and ablution blocks.
• Provide customer service in the tavern or retail shop.
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor and common areas.

Required profile

• Current residence in Karratha.
• National Police Check (within the last 6 months).
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts, day or night.
• Capacity to endure remote environments and extreme weather.
• Team‑oriented, multi‑tasking attitude.
• Understanding of safety protocols and safe‑work requirements.
• Pre‑employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
• Unrestricted Australian working rights and transport to/from site.
