Service Administrator - Reman

About the role

Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCA) is looking for an experienced Service Administrator to join its busy Remanufacturing department at the Forrestdale branch in Perth. Reporting to the Remanufacturing Manager, the role supports the efficient operation of the Reman department through timely, accurate and compliant administrative processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare production orders and ensure timely closure to support accurate Reman service invoicing
• Open and close jobs, maintain WIP control and update WIP status records
• Process service timesheets and compile payroll summaries
• Process purchase orders and invoices in Dynamics with high accuracy
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Coordinate site inductions, training records and compliance documentation
• Handle internal and external mail, phone enquiries, filing and general office tasks

Required profile

• Previous experience in a service administration or business administration role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail, accuracy and time management
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team
• Proactive, customer-focused approach with a commitment to safe work practices

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong computer literacy
