About the role

Fourier is seeking a highly organised Service Administration Officer to support its service delivery team in Chatswood. This office‑based position works from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and ensures that tickets, schedules, and customer communications are handled efficiently and accurately.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the service delivery team, including ticket, scheduling and workflow coordination.
  • Manage incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor service queues and assist in keeping work progressing according to priorities and agreed timeframes.
  • Review and maintain accurate job, ticket and customer information across internal systems.
  • Assist with customer communication, follow‑ups and general service administration tasks.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements as required.
  • Support timesheet, time entry and data‑quality processes to ensure accuracy.
  • Liaise with internal teams to document, track and complete service activities.
  • Identify and resolve administrative issues before they affect service delivery.

Required profile

  • Previous experience in service administration, service coordination, or customer service administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with systems and processes.
  • Clear, professional communication skills with both customers and internal stakeholders.
