About the role
Fourier is seeking a highly organised Service Administration Officer to support its service delivery team in Chatswood. This office‑based position works from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and ensures that tickets, schedules, and customer communications are handled efficiently and accurately.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the service delivery team, including ticket, scheduling and workflow coordination.
- Manage incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Monitor service queues and assist in keeping work progressing according to priorities and agreed timeframes.
- Review and maintain accurate job, ticket and customer information across internal systems.
- Assist with customer communication, follow‑ups and general service administration tasks.
- Coordinate travel arrangements as required.
- Support timesheet, time entry and data‑quality processes to ensure accuracy.
- Liaise with internal teams to document, track and complete service activities.
- Identify and resolve administrative issues before they affect service delivery.
Required profile
- Previous experience in service administration, service coordination, or customer service administration.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with systems and processes.
- Clear, professional communication skills with both customers and internal stakeholders.
