About the role
Join Impressive, a people‑first performance marketing agency, as an SEO/GEO Specialist. You will work with experienced strategists to execute SEO campaigns and lead generative engine optimisation initiatives for a diverse client portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Execute technical, on‑page and content SEO strategies across multiple clients to improve organic performance.
- Develop and implement GEO strategies that boost visibility on AI‑powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and Google AI.
- Lead outreach and digital PR efforts to secure high‑quality citations, brand mentions and authoritative backlinks.
- Conduct keyword research, search intent and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
- Perform technical SEO and GEO audits, focusing on crawlability, indexing, structured data and AI readiness.
- Monitor SEO and AI search performance, analyse trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with content, development and account teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of SEO experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Solid understanding of technical SEO, on‑page optimisation, keyword research, content optimisation and link building.
- Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) principles and AI search platforms.
- Strong analytical abilities and excellent organisational skills.
- Proactive, curious mindset with a passion for search, AI and continuous learning.
