SEO Specialist – Melbourne

About the role

StudioHawk is looking for an SEO Specialist to join its Melbourne team. You will own end‑to‑end search campaigns, turning strategy into measurable results for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Consult directly with clients to understand goals and craft data‑driven SEO strategies.
• Execute SEO campaigns, including technical optimisation, content briefing, and coordination with writers, off‑site and PR specialists.
• Conduct keyword, competitor and trend research to uncover growth opportunities.
• Optimise website architecture and content to align with SEO best practices.
• Present performance insights and explain the rationale behind each optimisation.
• Collaborate closely with the internal team, sharing ideas and supporting peers.
• Continuously develop skills through mentorship, workshops and a world‑class learning program.

Required profile

• Based in Melbourne, Australia.
• 1–2+ years of hands‑on SEO experience or equivalent.
• Growth‑mindset, humble, eager for feedback and focused on team success.
• Strong communication skills for client and internal interactions.
