SEO Manager

About the role

The SEO Manager will lead the organic search strategy for our client’s digital commerce ecosystem, driving sustainable traffic, conversions and revenue. You will combine deep SEO expertise with emerging AI‑driven search techniques to optimise websites, content and technical performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO, AEO and GEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead technical SEO initiatives, including site health, Core Web Vitals, structured data, crawlability and indexation.
• Optimise content, landing pages and site architecture based on keyword research, search intent and AI‑search best practices.
• Collaborate with WebOps, CRO and Development teams to improve search performance and user experience.
• Monitor performance, competitor activity and emerging search trends, providing actionable insights.
• Produce regular reports on rankings, traffic, revenue impact and AI‑enhanced metrics.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to streamline workflows, content optimisation and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of enterprise SEO experience, preferably in ecommerce or digital commerce.
• Proven track record of growing organic traffic, conversion and revenue.
• Tertiary qualification in analytics, digital marketing or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, semantic search, AEO and GEO.
