SEO Director

About the role

Zenith is looking for an experienced SEO Director to lead high‑impact search optimisation for a global blue‑chip client. You will sit at the centre of a complex, multi‑market business, shaping how audiences discover and engage with the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with the SEO Business Director and Head of Performance to design and execute end‑to‑end SEO campaigns.
• Manage senior‑level SEO work, ensuring campaigns exceed client objectives and deliver measurable ROI.
• Develop and refine scalable SEO processes, driving efficiency across a growing department.
• Lead the evolution of Zenith’s SEO offering, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
• Build and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Support the progression and satisfaction of SEO Managers, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in SEO for large, complex brands.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate insights into performance.
• Test‑and‑learn mindset with a focus on continuous optimisation.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior clients.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor high‑performing teams.
