Senior Warehouse Operator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Warehouse Operator to lead by example in a small, professional team. You will ensure safe, efficient and high‑quality warehouse operations while supporting colleagues and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately.
• Receive, inspect and store incoming stock.
• Load and unload trucks safely.
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock control.
• Assist with stocktakes and cycle counts.
• Ensure orders are dispatched on time.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
• Follow all WHS policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency.

Required profile

• Reliable and punctual with strong attendance record.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
• Organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to roll up sleeves and assist wherever needed.

Required skills

• Forklift operation.
• Inventory control.
