Senior Travel Sales Consultant – Europe

About the role

ORN Europe Journeys is expanding its premium private European holiday offering in Australia. As a Senior Travel Sales Consultant you will turn warm, qualified enquiries into confirmed bookings, without the need for cold‑calling.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with Australian customers who are actively considering European holidays.
• Understand travel preferences, budgets and destinations to recommend tailored private Europe journeys.
• Present itineraries, negotiate within commercial guidelines and close bookings.
• Manage a sales pipeline, follow up consistently and meet monthly revenue targets.
• Deliver a professional, consultative experience from first contact through to booking.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of leisure travel sales experience, preferably selling international holidays.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and closing skills.
• Confidence engaging with customers via phone and video consultations.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and follow up until a decision is made.

Required skills

• Experience converting enquiries into confirmed holiday bookings.
• Knowledge of popular European destinations such as Italy, Switzerland, France, the UK and Scandinavia.
