About the role
As a Senior Traffic and Transportation Modeler you will apply your expertise to high‑profile, future‑focused projects across the region, shaping how people and goods move for decades to come.
Key responsibilities
- Develop microscopic and mesoscopic traffic models using AIMSUN.
- Lead calibration and validation of models following TfNSW guidelines.
- Create SIDRA models for detailed intersection assessments.
- Design data‑analytics and Python scripting processes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and build strong client relationships.
Required profile
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, preferably with NSW transport modelling experience.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Python, SQL, VBA in Excel and GIS software.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
