About the role
Jacobs is seeking a seasoned Principal Design Manager to lead the delivery of major transportation projects across Australia and New Zealand. Based in Brisbane, you will shape bus rapid transit, road, highway and rail initiatives while building strong client partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex transport infrastructure designs on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with commercial, project management and technical leaders to win new work and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Represent Jacobs at industry events, nurture client relationships and identify emerging market opportunities.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering and registration as an RPEQ professional.
- Extensive experience leading transport infrastructure design delivery.
- Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
- Strong leadership, mentoring and coaching abilities.
