Senior Total Rewards Specialist (HR Business Partner)

About the role

This senior position focuses on remuneration analysis, salary benchmarking, workforce insights and supporting leaders with data‑driven people decisions across Australia, Hong Kong and China.

Key responsibilities

• Lead salary benchmarking exercises using external market data and internal remuneration analysis.
• Maintain salary frameworks, job evaluation processes and position classification guidelines.
• Support annual salary review, compensation recommendations and pay equity analysis.
• Provide workforce reporting, headcount analysis and workforce planning insights.
• Partner with managers on remuneration decisions for new hires, promotions and internal transfers.
• Support organisational structure reviews and position design activities.
• Prepare HR metrics, dashboards and leadership reports.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Compensation & Benefits, Rewards or Workforce Planning.
• Hands‑on experience conducting salary benchmarking and market remuneration analysis.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data.
• Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Mandarin speaking and writing skills are essential.
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or related discipline preferred.
