Senior Technical Specialist - ICT

About the role

M&T Resources is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Specialist to support a major technology transformation initiative in a complex enterprise environment, based in Brisbane CBD. The role supports modern workplace and collaboration platforms across cloud-based technologies and organisational change, working across migration delivery, automation, technical uplift and stakeholder engagement. It is a 12-month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and support Microsoft 365 migration and transformation activities
• Administer and optimise SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Microsoft Teams environments
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell and related technologies
• Support data migration, information governance and collaboration platform initiatives
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and give specialist advice to project teams and stakeholders

Required profile

• Experience supporting enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms
• Experience delivering technology transformation initiatives
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience in a government or large-scale corporate environment is highly regarded

Required skills

• Strong scripting and automation capabilities
• Microsoft 365 administration (SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams)
• PowerShell
• Cloud platforms and identity and access management knowledge are highly regarded
