Data#3 is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer in Hobart to join a high-performing Professional Services team delivering project-based work across diverse customer environments. Key responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end project implementations across Microsoft and infrastructure technologies
• Deploy, configure and optimise solutions aligned to customer environments and best practice
• Act as an escalation point for technical issues during design and implementation phases
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, including designs and site schematics
• Communicate project progress, risks and outcomes to stakeholders clearly and effectively
• Identify opportunities to improve customer environments and contribute to broader business outcomes

Required profile

• Experienced IT professional, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment
• Proven ability to deliver project-based work across multiple clients and environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• A proactive mindset and a passion for continuous learning

Required skills

• Strong Microsoft experience (M365, Azure, Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory)
• Solid networking knowledge is advantageous
