Senior Staff Specialist / Senior Medical Officer (Psychogeriatrician)

About the role

Bundaberg Hospital in the Wide Bay region of Queensland is recruiting a Senior Staff Specialist, Staff Specialist or Senior Medical Officer (Psychiatry of Older Persons, psychogeriatrician). The Older Persons Mental Health Service (OPMHS) provides multidisciplinary assessment and treatment of older adults with complex mental health conditions in acute inpatient and community settings. The position offers clinical leadership, supervision and training within adult mental health teams, and supports service evaluation and new mental health initiatives.
