Senior Sourcing Manager – NPI (18‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The Senior Sourcing Manager will work closely with Product Development, cross‑functional teams and the Global Supplier Alliance to define and execute sourcing strategies for new product introductions. This fixed‑term position focuses on identifying new suppliers, managing partnerships and ensuring supply‑chain solutions meet product volume and quality requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the Global Supplier Alliance within project XFTs and develop sourcing strategies aligned with timelines, budgets and COGS.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with ResMed’s Quality Management System.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing and GSA to integrate key technologies and drive cost efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement in sourcing operations using data analytics.

Required profile

• Excellent communication, project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong business acumen, cost‑management expertise and ability to analyse data for solution modelling.
• In‑depth knowledge of global procurement practices, legal regulations and ResMed’s quality and product development processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
