Senior Solution Architect – International Payments

About the role

The Senior Solution Architect will lead end‑to‑end design of international payments initiatives, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution design for cross‑border and SWIFT payment projects, creating high‑level and low‑level designs, interface specs and data‑flow models.
• Collaborate with product owners, analysts, development teams and vendors to align solutions with enterprise architecture, security and regulatory standards.
• Support delivery teams throughout development, testing and implementation, and drive governance, design reviews and technical decisions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in international payments, SWIFT MT/MX messaging and ISO 20022.
• Proven ability to design REST APIs, micro‑services, event‑driven architectures and API‑gateway solutions.
• Strong background in integration solution design, data modelling, security and non‑functional requirements.
