Senior Solicitor / Associate – Personal Injury

About the role

Shine Lawyers is seeking a full‑time Senior Solicitor or Associate to join its Logan‑based Personal Injury team. You will provide legal advice and representation to clients who have suffered injury, helping them obtain compensation while building strong, supportive relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clients with legal advice and representation across workers’ compensation, transport accidents and related personal injury matters.
• Draft legal documentation with high attention to detail and manage files with commercial and fiscal awareness.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Laws with a current practising certificate.
• Pre‑ or post‑admission experience in personal injury law (workers’ compensation, transport accidents or similar).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Legal research and case analysis.
• Drafting of pleadings, statements and other legal documents.
• Client liaison and expectation management.
