Senior Software Developer – .NET/Java (Perth/Melbourne/Sydney)

About the role

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is looking for a Senior Developer to join its Asia Pacific team in Australia. You will work on innovative software solutions that support the company’s sustainability agenda and help shape the future of energy markets in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate enterprise applications using modern frameworks and cloud platforms.
• Lead large‑scale, complex projects and ensure best practices for critical infrastructure systems.
• Manage software builds, automated testing, and deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide technical guidance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in software development, including design, development and integration.
• Proven track record delivering large, complex projects for critical infrastructure.
• Experience working in high‑performing teams using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Preferable experience in power system operations, planning or knowledge of WA Government Energy Transformation Strategy.
