Senior Social Media & Content Specialist (Remote, Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a senior social media specialist to lead the growth of three purpose‑driven brands focused on spiritual development, essential oils, holistic wellness and education. Working remotely from South Africa, you will partner closely with the Business Owner to create authentic, visually compelling content that builds an engaged community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media growth strategies for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube across three brands.
• Design organic and paid campaigns that attract genuinely engaged followers.
• Repurpose blogs, interviews, podcasts, videos and quotes into reels, stories, carousels, static posts and short‑form video concepts.
• Edit long‑form and short‑form video for each platform, crafting strong hooks, captions and calls‑to‑action.
• Guide the Business Owner on content recording and structuring for effective repurposing.
• Maintain the established voice and visual identity, creating premium graphics with Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Manage content calendars, schedule publishing, and oversee community engagement (comments, questions, direct messages).

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in social media strategy and content creation.
• Proven ability to grow engaged audiences without focusing on vanity metrics.
• Strong storytelling sense and attention to emotional depth.
• Excellent collaboration skills with business leadership.
