Senior Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Blinq, you will help build and operate the platform that powers millions of first‑time interactions for an AI‑driven contacts app. You will work closely with platform, backend and product engineers to design resilient, scalable systems and to embed AI‑powered automation throughout the infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and operate highly reliable infrastructure that supports global growth.
• Automate operational tasks and develop AI‑based tools to reduce toil and improve developer productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure system resilience, performance, and observability.
• Lead incident response, root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement of reliability processes.
• Shape the strategy for AI‑enhanced engineering practices across the organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in site reliability, infrastructure engineering or related fields.
• Strong ability to partner with cross‑functional engineering teams.
• Passion for building scalable, resilient systems and a high bar for technical excellence.
• Comfort working in a fast‑moving, AI‑focused environment.
