Senior Site Manager – Major Commercial Build

About the role
Lead site operations for a high‑performing Tier 2 commercial builder on a flagship $40 million development. You will be the operational anchor, driving daily trade activities, maintaining programme momentum and ensuring high‑quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day site activities from early works through to Practical Completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, plant and material deliveries.
- Maintain construction programmes, trade sequencing and critical‑path milestones.
- Enforce strict site safety, quality assurance and environmental compliance.
- Liaise with project managers, consultants, client representatives and local authorities.
Required profile
- Proven site‑manager track record with recognised commercial builders.
- Experience delivering commercial projects in the $30‑$50 million range.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the National Construction Code and WA safety standards.
- Relevant tertiary degree or trade qualification, White Card and full WA working rights.
Required skills
- Trade coordination and structural oversight.
- Site leadership and programme management.
