Senior Site Manager – $90M Commercial Project

About the role

Join BADGE, an award‑winning Australian construction firm, to lead the delivery of a $90 million multi‑storey commercial development with a basement and underground car park. Starting in September, you will own the project from site establishment through to practical completion, supported by a seasoned delivery team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the construction of a complex multi‑storey development, coordinating structural sequencing, retention systems and multiple trades.
• Manage a well‑resourced team including two Site Supervisors, Project Engineers, Contract Administrators and Safety Officers.
• Oversee crane logistics, tower‑crane sequencing and overall construction staging.
• Develop and maintain the project programme using Microsoft Project.
• Ensure quality, safety and environmental performance meet legislative and company standards.
• Review and implement SWMS, manage subcontractors and major structural/services packages.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering $90 M+ commercial projects from start to handover.
• Demonstrated ability to manage 6+ storey developments in commercial, residential, hotel or aged‑care sectors.
• Strong understanding of basement construction, underground car parks and complex structural works.
• Proven leadership of Site Supervisors and large on‑site teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
