Senior SEO Specialist

About the role

Reform Digital is seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to join its South Yarra office. You will work with a boutique team delivering SEO strategy and execution for e‑commerce and lead‑generation clients, leveraging the latest AI‑driven search techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed SEO strategies, performance forecasts and execution plans, including technical audits, site architecture reviews and competitor analysis.
• Manage end‑to‑end technical SEO fixes and site migrations across CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Neto, Magento and Webflow.
• Stay up‑to‑date with algorithm changes, E‑E‑A‑T guidelines and emerging AI search methodologies, and apply them to keyword research, content briefing and link outreach.
• Drive continuous improvement of SEO deliverables, reporting templates and audit frameworks, identifying organic growth opportunities in complex niches.
• Communicate SEO requirements, technical roadmaps and ROI to internal stakeholders and clients, and support upsell opportunities.
• Mentor junior team members, provide hands‑on troubleshooting for complex site issues and contribute to internal upskilling programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of dedicated SEO delivery and optimisation experience.
• Proven ability to explain complex SEO concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong collaborative mindset and experience working across internal teams.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, algorithm updates and AI‑enhanced search.
