Senior SEO Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SEO Lead to own the search strategy for a portfolio of enterprise brands. You will work closely with the Head of Digital Media, client directors and technical teams to drive organic performance and shape the future of search.

Key responsibilities

• Own SEO strategy, delivery and organic performance across complex enterprise brands.
• Conduct deep technical SEO work including crawling, indexation, site architecture, schema and on‑page optimisation.
• Analyse search and business data to develop smart strategies and clear next steps.
• Integrate technical SEO, content, digital PR, AEO, GEO, AI Search and broader marketing tactics.
• Lead client relationships with strategic recommendations and a clear point of view.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends such as AI, automation and changing search behaviour.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on agency SEO experience at senior or lead level.
• Strong technical depth in crawling, indexation, site architecture, schema and on‑page optimisation.
• Ability to connect technical insights to business goals and commercial outcomes.
• Comfortable leading strategic client relationships and challenging briefs.
• Curiosity about AEO, GEO, AI Search and future search trends.

Required skills

• GA4, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush.
• Technical SEO tools and methodologies.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for research and analysis.
