Senior Sales Manager - Retirement Living

About the role

Anglicare Sydney's Seniors Communities team is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive sales outcomes across its retirement living portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the role guides prospective residents and their families through the decision to move into retirement living, from initial enquiry through to settlement. It is a hands-on, customer-facing position based in the office and villages, with team members expected to be onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and occupancy outcomes across assigned retirement living communities.
• Manage the customer journey from enquiry through to contract exchange and settlement.
• Conduct tours, presentations, open days and other customer engagement activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective residents and their families.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to improve lead conversion and customer experience.
• Represent Anglicare at community events and promotional activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the sales capability and customer experience.

Required profile

• Demonstrated sales experience in retirement living, real estate, property or other customer-facing sales environments.
• Proven ability to build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and achieving sales targets.
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel between villages as required.
• Preferred: retirement living, aged care, property or real estate experience, and experience supporting customers through complex or emotional purchases.

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Preferred: strong CRM and sales reporting capability.
