Senior Sales Manager - Digital Advertising

About the role

Seedtag, a neuro-contextual advertising company founded in 2014, is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join its team in Sydney. The role drives new business and grows strategic client relationships across the Australian market, working with agencies, advertisers and internal teams to deliver consultative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and close new business with agencies, brands and direct advertisers
• Develop and grow long-term relationships with key clients
• Build a strong sales pipeline, manage forecasting and achieve revenue targets
• Lead client conversations, uncover business challenges and position Seedtag's solutions
• Collaborate with Client Success, Sales Planning, Marketing and Product teams
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and reporting through Salesforce and other CRM tools

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, AdTech or a similar commercial role
• Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding revenue targets
• Strong relationships with agencies, advertisers and key decision-makers in the Australian digital advertising market
• Fluent English
• Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Solid understanding of programmatic advertising, digital media and privacy-first advertising solutions
• Experience managing pipelines, forecasting and complex sales cycles
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
