Senior Retail Sales Assistant

About the role

Join Resmed’s retail clinic as a Senior Retail Sales Assistant, helping customers improve their sleep health while driving sales and delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs and provide tailored sleep solutions.
• Achieve sales targets by recommending products and services that improve sleep quality.
• Maintain store standards, manage stock, and ensure the clinic looks appealing.
• Handle POS transactions, cash management and general administrative duties.
• Maintain and check trial devices for customer use.

Required profile

• 2+ years retail or customer‑service experience (preferred).
• Sales‑driven mindset with a passion for hitting goals.
• Strong communication skills – confident, compassionate and adaptable.
• Attention to detail in visual merchandising and reporting.
• Tech‑savvy; experience with POS systems; healthcare or pharmacy background is a plus.
