Senior Relationship (Strata) Manager

About the role

As a Senior Relationship (Strata) Manager you will lead a diverse portfolio of strata communities on the Gold Coast, acting as the trusted advisor to committees, owners and key stakeholders. You will focus on building strong relationships, providing expert advice and delivering exceptional service while being supported by specialist teams and modern technology.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied portfolio of strata communities and serve as the primary relationship manager for committees and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on strata legislation, bylaws and governance, and prepare/facilitate AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings.
• Coordinate with the Repairs & Maintenance team to manage quotes, approvals and work orders.
• Handle correspondence from owners, tenants and contractors promptly and professionally.
• Oversee portfolio financial matters, ensure compliance and identify process improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Current driver’s licence with access to a vehicle.
• Strong knowledge of strata legislation and governance requirements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and commitment to outstanding customer experiences.
