About the role
Marsh Valuation Services is expanding in Queensland and seeks an experienced Property Valuer to join the Brisbane team. You will work on large non‑mortgage valuation projects for leading organisations across QLD and the Pacific region.
Key responsibilities
- Undertake valuations of various property types for differing purposes using advanced knowledge.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
- Travel intrastate, nationally and internationally for key client commitments.
- Maintain client relationships and provide expert advice on valuation approaches.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the client portfolio.
Required profile
- AAPI with CPV qualification.
- 2+ years experience performing valuations.
- Experience with insurance and financial reporting valuations is desirable.
- Project management experience.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
