Senior Relationship Credit Manager – Property & Health

About the role

ANZ’s Business & Private Bank is expanding its Property and Health portfolio. The Senior Relationship Credit Manager will lead a dedicated portfolio of property and health customers, driving growth through acquisition, share‑of‑wallet expansion and referrals while ensuring sound credit risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Property and Health customers with a customer‑centric approach.
• Collaborate with product partners and the broader credit team to structure and negotiate deals.
• Conduct credit and industry portfolio analysis to support proposal recommendations.
• Maintain compliance with Group audit, QA and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with lending services and operations teams to minimise provisions and non‑lending losses.
• Develop and nurture relationships across internal teams to improve efficiencies.

Required profile

• Significant experience in commercial banking or credit management, preferably within Property and Health sectors.
• Strong analytical ability and sound judgment in credit assessment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a mid‑market to specialist segment portfolio.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Commitment to compliance, audit standards and risk mitigation.
