Senior Rehabilitation Consultant – Physiotherapist / OT / Exercise Physiologist

About the role

Join WorkFocus Australia as a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, supporting injured clients and their employers to achieve safe, sustainable return‑to‑work outcomes. You will manage large customers, deliver high‑level rehabilitation services and contribute to strategic case reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Provide return‑to‑work services, conduct worksite, functional, ergonomic and home assessments.
• Identify and address RTW barriers, liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers.
• Maintain service quality against SLA requirements for return‑to‑work rates, costs and durations.
• Implement services per customer SLAs and complete critical case reviews.
• Represent WorkFocus at public forums and committees as required.

Required profile

• Australian recognised degree and full accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic or Physiotherapy.
• Willingness to travel with a current vehicle and driver’s licence.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to high‑level customer service and punctuality.

Required skills

• Professional accreditation in OT, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic or Physiotherapy.
