Senior Rehabilitation Consultant

About the role

Rehab Management, part of the Arriba Group, is hiring a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant in Perth, WA. The role supports injured workers in rebuilding confidence, regaining independence and returning to work safely and sustainably. It is a permanent, full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, office-based with hybrid working. The employer pays superannuation.

Key responsibilities

• Support injured workers through their recovery and return-to-work journey.
• Collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to coordinate recovery.
• Conduct assessments and prepare clinical recommendations and reports.
• Visit workplaces and develop graduated return-to-work plans.
• Liaise with doctors and treating health professionals about suitable timeframes.
• Educate employers on injury prevention, workplace wellbeing and sustainable outcomes.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or a Master's in Psychology.
• Registered with ASORC, AASW or AHPRA.
• Full Australian working rights and an Australian driver's licence.
• Experienced; brings a customer-focused, quality-oriented approach to complex psychological injuries.
