Senior Recruitment Consultant – Technology & Data

About the role

Join Morgan McKinley’s Technology & Data team in Sydney as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. You will work with a mix of ASX 100 companies and fast‑growing startups, building and managing client relationships while delivering recruitment assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships across Technology, Data, Transformation, Risk and Finance.
• Win new business and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles.
• Collaborate with specialist teams to share market knowledge and identify opportunities.
• Leverage internal marketing, finance and contractor care support to focus on desk growth.

Required profile

• 3+ years of agency recruitment experience, preferably in Technology, Data or a related specialist market.
• Proven track record of winning business, building lasting client relationships and delivering successful placements.
• Self‑motivated, ownership‑driven and supportive of colleague success.
