Senior Recruitment Consultant – Finance & Accounting

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in Finance & Accounting to join Excolo’s growing team in Sydney. In this hybrid role you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong client relationships and place finance professionals in positions that advance their careers.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment processes for finance and accounting roles, ensuring a high‑quality experience for clients and candidates.
• Develop and expand a portfolio of corporate clients through networking, business development and relationship management.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across areas such as financial accounting, management accounting, audit, risk, treasury, financial analysis and finance transformation.
• Collaborate with the internal team to share market insights, plan recruitment strategies and celebrate successes.
• Set and achieve personal and team targets with a focus on results and persistence.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience, preferably within Finance & Accounting or a related B2B sales environment.
• Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships and deliver recruitment outcomes.
• Strong motivation, resilience and a proactive approach to business development.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
