Senior Quality Associate

About the role

The Senior Quality Associate supports quality activities across new product development and existing product lifecycles at JSHealth Vitamins. Working closely with the Quality Manager, Regulatory Affairs, NPD and Operations, the role ensures that products are developed, reviewed and maintained in line with GMP principles, TGA requirements and internal quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quality input throughout the stage‑gate product development process, from concept to launch and lifecycle management.
• Review and approve product specifications, packaging components and artwork against regulatory and quality requirements.
• Coordinate product change control, CAPA management, allergen reviews and raw‑material assessments.
• Assist with pharmacovigilance activities, including adverse‑event monitoring, MedDRA coding, safety reporting and audit readiness.
• Manage the end‑to‑end product complaint process, liaising with manufacturers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Contribute to product quality reviews, annual reviews and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Support QMS maintenance, SOP review cycles and document‑control activities.

Required profile

• Sharp eye for detail and comfort working in a regulated environment.
• Genuine interest in product quality and compliance.
• Experience applying GMP principles and TGA/ARTG requirements.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Regulatory Affairs, NPD and Operations.
