Senior Property Manager - 145 Properties

About the role

A family-owned real estate agency with 15+ years in business, based on its local market knowledge and long-standing owner relationships, is growing and needs a Senior Property Manager. The role covers a portfolio of 145 residential properties, excluding open homes, leases and routine tasks, under the guidance of the Licencee and with support from the Property Management Administration team. It is permanent and full-time, Monday to Friday with no weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the management and administration of a portfolio of 145 residential properties.
• Review departmental operations and implement changes to improve efficiency and workflow.
• Monitor portfolio compliance, key deadlines and outstanding matters.
• Identify and resolve operational issues to keep the department running smoothly.
• Oversee workloads, task allocation and accountability.
• Review property management systems and procedures to ensure they are used effectively.
• Maintain high standards of documentation, record keeping and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years' experience across all facets of property management.
• Current certificate of registration essential.
• Current driver's licence and a reliable car.

Required skills

• High-level computer skills, including real estate software such as Console.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-focused, with strong organisational and time management skills.
