Senior Project Manager – Remedial & Façade

About the role

Buildcorp is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead remedial and façade projects across Sydney. Reporting to the Construction Director, you will own the delivery of safe, high‑quality and profitable projects from award through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, budget, schedule and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress, track milestones and enforce quality standards throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and communication channels.
• Identify risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety regulations and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes.
• Document and resolve any quality concerns that arise.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects.
• Relevant qualifications – preferably a construction or engineering degree or a building‑related credential.
• Experience with construction software such as Jobpac, Procore or Asta Powerproject is an advantage.
